By using AskBoca (askboca.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
AskBoca is a content-analytics tool that, with your authorization, reads your own social media metrics to score your posts and generate insights and recommendations.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and authorized to connect any account you link to AskBoca.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate the terms of any connected platform (Instagram / Meta, TikTok).
Connected platforms
AskBoca connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or TikTok. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant AskBoca permission to process it to provide the service — see our Privacy Policy.
Insights disclaimer
AskBoca's scores and recommendations are informational only and provided “as is.” We don't guarantee specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boca Joe LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using AskBoca and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
